Executive Chef Brian Reilly and Chef Tony Mavuli leads the team of culinary professionals that prepare for our guests a unique tavern style dining experience. Chef Tony was born, raised, educated and trained in North Italy. He further refined his skills in restaurants and hotels throughout Europe and Cruise ships. Chef Brian Reilly has enjoyed his culinary career under two James Beard Winning Chefs and has been involved in the creation of two incredible dining establishments. Both Chef Tong and Chef Brian combine flavor palates and techniques to offer our friends a new spin on tavern dining.
